The conference is Co-sponsored by Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NJUST), IEEE and SCIEI, local organized by City University of Hong Kong (CityU) and IEEE, patrons with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Samara University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Department of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering (AAE) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), York University, Bauman Moscow State Technical University(BMSTU) and etc.

The regular program made up of hundreds of submitted papers, we are going to highlight and discuss topics on aerospace and astronautics in a number of formats like keynote presentations, invited lectures, panel discussions and posters.
