The College is accredited by the Australian Medical Council (AMC) and the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) to deliver specialist medical education and training, and professional development programs.
The RANZCP develops and promotes clinical standards in the practice of psychiatry in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

As the world continues to recover from the pandemic, our Congress embodies the themes of Excellence and Empathy, Knowledge and Kindness. We aim to curate a scientific program that showcases the excellence of psychiatric research, and how, as psychiatrists we engage with empathy, knowledge and kindness with those receiving mental healthcare and the community.
